In case of postponement or cancellation of one event, the DOM-OSC will communicate to the Customer, the initiatives taken by the Organizer in relation to the refund or replacement of the Tickets. In case of cancellation, the terms  of refund will be communicated to all interested parties by telephone or e-mail and it will be published on the website anyway in the relating section of the event.
